Free Shipping
At Flenya, we offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. No minimum order value required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. In this case, we will notify you by email.

Customs & Import Duties
Flenya ships all orders from our international warehouse.
Your order may be subject to customs inspection upon entering the United Kingdom. However, as a UK-targeted store, the vast majority of our orders arrive without any additional charges.
We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be applied by UK authorities.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at help@flenya.com and we will investigate immediately.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Flenya is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. This is normal and does not affect the status of your order.
