At Flenya, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If your return is declined, we will notify you by email with the reason.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your card provider — it may take additional processing time
  • Contact your bank directly
  • If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@flenya.com

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at help@flenya.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
